Dietary Medicine

Dietary Medicine explores the role of food in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and its significance in promoting health and treating various ailments. Students will learn how to utilize TCM principles, including the four Qi and five flavors, to classify foods based on their energetic properties and therapeutic effects. The course covers essential concepts in dietary therapy, including the four pillars of traditional Chinese food categories and different types of Chinese cuisines.
