Clinic - CLIN 2201
This course emphasizes the importance of practicing acupuncture in a professional and ethical manner. Students will learn how to provide acupuncture treatment while upholding patient rights, dignity, and confidentiality. Additionally, students will develop skills in maintaining accurate patient records, adapting clinical settings for patient comfort and safety, and monitoring treatment effectiveness. Ethical communication, patient education, and compliance with professional standards are key components of this course.
Attendance
Regular attendance is highly recommended. Participation in all course activities and discussions is expected. If you are unable to attend a class, please notify the instructor beforehand if possible.
Passing Mark
Successful completion of this course requires that students achieve a minimum of 60% or higher. All evaluations must be completed and handed in on time for a course grade. Attendance will account for 10% of the final mark.
